Public Relations (PR) is about creating, preserving and promoting a company or an organisation’s reputation.  This is based, primarily, around the results of what it does, what it says and what others say about it.

PR is a discipline and a form of communication held within the marketing mix.  Through a range of products and services, PR can help create awareness and an understanding, through the power of knowledge and thought-leadership, to influence and to change public perception.  Tactics used may comprise one or more of the following:
